Refund & Payment Policy
Membership Application
1. The Membership Application process is conducted automatically online through the WPWAF online portal system.
2. All Membership Applications are subject to review and approval before membership payment is requested.
2.1. Once a Membership Application is submitted through the online Membership Application Form, the application will be queued in the system for review and processing.
2.2. Approval of Membership Applications shall be determined by the WPWAF Council and/or authorized committee during the next scheduled council meeting or review session.
2.3. Upon approval of the Membership Application, an automatic notification email will be sent to the applicant requesting payment. Alternatively, the applicant may log in to the registered account to complete the payment process.
3. Membership Application fees may vary depending on the membership category, application type, and applicable requirements.
4. Applicants are advised to carefully read and understand all information relating to the selected Membership Application, including but not limited to fee structure, eligibility requirements, terms, conditions, and other related particulars before submitting the application and making payment.
5. All Membership Application payments made are final, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
6. Submission of payment does not automatically guarantee approval of membership, privileges, certifications, appointments, or participation rights.
7. WPWAF reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, terminate, or revoke any Membership Application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide any refund, compensation, or explanation, except where required by applicable law.

Membership Upgrade Application
1. The Membership Upgrade Application process is conducted automatically online through the WPWAF online portal system.
2. All Membership Upgrade Applications are subject to review and approval before upgrade payment is requested.
2.1. Once a Membership Upgrade Application is submitted through the online Membership Upgrade Application Form, the application will be queued in the system for review and processing.

Membership Subscription & Renewal
1. The Membership Subscription and Renewal process is conducted automatically online through the WPWAF online portal system.
2. Members may receive renewal reminder notifications via email prior to the membership expiry date. Renewal reminders may also appear on the Member Dashboard upon login to the member account.
3. Members may complete the subscription renewal payment online through the system by following the guided payment procedures provided.
4. Membership subscription shall only be renewed upon successful payment confirmation. An invoice and/or payment receipt may be issued electronically to the member and stored within the member account for future reference.
5. Membership Subscription fees may vary depending on the membership category, subscription type, and applicable requirements.
6. Members are advised to carefully read and understand all information relating to the selected Membership Subscription, including but not limited to fee structure, renewal requirements, terms, conditions, and other related particulars before making payment.
7. All Membership Subscription payments made are final, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
8. WPWAF reserves the right to suspend, terminate, reject, or revoke any membership status, benefits, or privileges in accordance with its constitution, policies, and internal regulations without obligation to provide any refund or compensation, except where required by applicable law.

General Payment & Refund Policy
1. All payments made through the WPWAF online portal are processed via third-party payment gateway providers.
2. WPWAF shall not be held liable for any interruption, delay, transaction failure, banking issue, technical malfunction, unauthorized access, or payment gateway error beyond its reasonable control.
3. In exceptional cases involving duplicate transactions or verified technical errors, refund requests may be reviewed solely at WPWAF’s discretion.
4. Any approved refund may be subject to administrative charges, banking charges, payment gateway processing fees, and other applicable deductions.
5. Approved refunds, if any, shall only be returned to the original payment method and original payer.
6. WPWAF reserves the right to amend, update, modify, or revise these policies at any time without prior notice.
7. By proceeding with any application, subscription, renewal, or payment, the applicant/member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and policies stated herein.
