Refund Policy

There is no refund or cancellation for all Malaysia Speakers Association (MSA) membership categories unless the membership application is declined by the Central Committee.

MSA membership administration fees of RM 600.00 are non-refundable.

Any approved refund will be credited back to the applicant’s bank account.

All MSA membership rights are governed by the registered Constitution with the Registrar of Societies.

The above policies apply to all MSA memberships unless otherwise stated in specific program materials. Please read all individual program information carefully.
